SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days at the time of placement.  All pre-orders will ship once the items arrive to us.  If your order contains a live inventory item and a pre-order item, it will not be shipped until all items on the order are fulfilled.

Please be aware that there can be delays with manufacturers and distributors getting products out to us, for timely shipping.  

​

Our sealed products are sent factory sealed, in the factory wrapping (when applicable).  We are not responsible for any rips, imperfections in the wrappings, missing, or damaged components inside the factory sealed item.

Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellations:

You have the right to cancel any order before the time of shipping and receive a full refund.  However, if you need to cancel or change your order after the item has been shipped, then refer to the refund policy below.

Refund Policy:

​

Refunds available on SEALED products ONLY, loose packs, singles, or graded cards are not able to be returned. Items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent (SEALED). Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

​

We will not refund any shipping costs paid because once we mail out the products, the shipping cost is non-refundable. 

​

Returns must be sent back out within 1 week of being delivered.

​

There will be NO REFUNDS on preorder products. These items are ordered from our distributors, as orders are placed through the website.
